Charging providers to participate creates friction, pushes good subs off the platform, and ultimately hurts the buyers who need them. nFACT's pricing reflects where the value is actually created.

Buyer pricing scales with the size of your linked provider network: Local (single market), Small Enterprise (1 to 300 providers), Mid-Size (301 to 1,999 providers), and Large (2,000+). Contact sales for specific pricing at your tier.

Optional brand upgrades let you highlight distinctions on your profile — for example, "Minority Owned Business of the Year in Iowa," specialty certifications, or featured placement in specific trade categories. These are purely optional. Every tier of verification remains completely free.

Yes. Providers can move between tiers at any time as their profile completeness and audit status change. Buyers can adjust their tier as their linked network grows or contracts.
