nFACT Named Preferred Technology Partner for Subcontractor Sourcing by the Electronic Security Association

September 10, 2026Dallas, Texas

ESA's 1,500+ integrator and dealer member companies are now officially verified, badged and searchable inside nFACT's national service provider marketplace.

nFACT, Inc., the B2B marketplace and compliance platform for sourcing verified trade service providers, today announced that the Electronic Security Association (ESA) has named nFACT as its preferred technology partner for subcontractor search. Under this partnership, ESA membership and ESA training credentials are now built into how hiring companies find, filter and qualify service providers.

Systems integrators, enterprise security firms and general contractors now enjoy third-party verification during the sourcing process. Verified Electronic Security Association member companies are identified with an ESA Member badge on their nFACT profile. Companies employing ESA-trained and certified technicians can display an ESA-Trained and Certified Employer badge. Both credentials are factored into nFACT's search, filtering and recommendation results, so buyers see ESA-affiliated providers first when sourcing in a market.

Buyers tell us the hard part of subcontracting is not finding names or companies, but knowing who to trust. ESA membership is a signal that integrators already recognize. Now it is part of the search. A buyer in any market can filter for ESA members, see who employs certified technicians, and get to a shortlist in minutes instead of days.

— Mark Bono, CEO and Co-Founder of nFACT

ESA represents the largest community of security and life safety integrators and dealers in the US. Its members install, integrate, monitor and manufacture security, fire, video, access control and life safety technologies. ESA certifies thousands of alarm technicians each year with the most widely recognized credential for state licensing.

As labor constraints continue to affect project delivery across the skilled trades, ESA members need faster, more reliable ways to identify qualified service partners. This partnership reflects our attention on delivering practical, business-building value to our members.

— Jillian Bateman-McIntosh, COO of ESA
